Remote Support Preparation (ABH01)


Description
This course is designed for customers and users of SIKORA inline products.

For remote access of SIKORA's service team, the device and a computer/laptop need to be prepared.
Also, certain software is needed and parameters have to be set accordingly.

After the course, the learner should be able to connect a typical SIKORA inline device to a computer/laptop and operate the software in such a way, that a remote access can be started.
